Refund Policy

ThinkOne wants you to be happy with your products. We can offer a refund or exchange on any broken or defective products received. To start the refund/return process please email: sales@thinkone.co. Any product that arrives in good working order can not be refunded.  

Custom Orders:

Due to the nature of Custom Orders, we cannot offer refunds or returns. If you are unhappy with your custom products please contact your ThinkOne Representative and we will work to correct the issue.
